Another option wuld be switch to a kalart equipped pacemaker, as it can be dialed in exactly to nearly any lens in a range of lengths, no cam necessary.
It's highly unlikely you'll find a company here in the UK which has the experience of making a cam for you. Very few Pacemaker Graphics were sold in the UK because of severe import restrictions after WWII, instead Graflex and MPP collaborated in making the MPP Micro Press (a Speed Graphic in a clestion speaker case). The Crown Graphics couldn't compete with the vastly superior MPP Micro Technical cameras in the UK. In addition British newspapers moved to smaller formats much earlier than their counter-parts in the US.
The only company worth trying would be Newton Ellis in Liverpool.. They should be able to clean and re-calibrate the range-finder but ideally you need a cam first.
Place a wanted advert here maybe.

I had bought a Microcord TLR in Warwick in 2011, which needed repairs - The dealer that sold it to me knew a man that used to repair cameras in the UK Midlands. He was already retired, but he pointed me towards a man in Newcastle, and you might contact him to ask if he could help you.
Mind you, he does camera repair as a hobby, so he won't charge you too much for it, but I'm not sure if he still does it and if he's still at the same place with the same phone number.
His name is Derek Calder

Srb Griturn may do it for you, or I know an aeronautical engineer who may be able to make one. I need to get some extension posts made so need to have a word soon.
I know this is an old thread but I've only just seen it..... Try Sendeans http://www.sendeancameras.co.uk/ in London...not used them myself but when ever I pass their shop there seems to be a number of techs bent over old bits of cameras!
