    "is it fresh-dated stock(the 11x14)?" no it is expired but in the deep-freeze, so it's not a problem.

    Depending on how cheap you are - you can just make one (cheapest but requires some handiness) or buy one from Jobo (priciest) or get DevTech (discontinued, way cheaper than jobo , but possible to find - tank + wee water bath thingy + motor).
    All of them would work.
