If anyone here knows or has (as Tri and I do) the book by Charles Abel, Portrait Lightings Tri's book will be somewhat similar. A more modern version if it is only one photographers work. As a resource it will be fantastic. I have seen and worked with Tri using many, many wonderful lenses that he has used in the creation of his wonderful portraits. This will be a great addition to anyone's library and especially to anyone who has always wondered what a certain lens looks like in its use in portraiture..
I'm sold on it because of your quality work here and Jim's comparison to Abel's book. I'd buy a copy if you'll sell me one.
