I have a Linhof super Technika 6x9 serial number 80174 black finish, with matching cams
65mm Kreuznach, Angalon, 105mm Kreuznach Xenotar and 180mm KreuznachTele-Arton.
1 6x7 Roll FB grey, 1 6x9 Roll FB black. with approx 20 linhof filters in a fitted flat attache type case.
Do you know of any one who can tell me when the camera was made and its value.

Price depends on condition of the items as well as to who wants it. A good professional camera store would be able to evaluate it for you.
