Used v700, pure mineral oil, overlay mylar, vuescan & colorpefrect plug-in.
blue box: Non-black edge part of the film where it looks "color-shifted" whereas other parts towards the edge are fine.
green box: film outer-edge looks color-shifted to orange, It looks like the film is covered with unknown discolored lines.

The orange line surrounding the film edge and notches could be from light from the scanner head reflecting off of those edges.
The actual image looks fine to me.
