I've been shooting Fuji Instax wide in a 545. It has to be loaded in the darkroom, but I just pull it out through the rollers to process.
Amazon is currently selling the FP100c for less than the Instax wide, and it's lots easier to use. If that is, you have the 405 back, which are selling for ~$200.00 vs the 545 which are >$20.00.
Comparing:
The FP100c is ISO 100, color, actual image size is 2 7/8" x 3 3/4", has a recoverable negative (I think it makes a nice B&W contact print)
The Instax Wide is ISO 800, I think the colors are more vivid. the actual image size is slightly smaller 2 7/16" x 3 7/8"
FP3000b is ISO 3000, B&W, actual image size is 2 7/8" x 3 3/4", has difficult to save negative (I haven't tried printing one)
