ndg about 2400 ws through a five foot octabank and a reflector opposite. thanks Tri. We are shooting again soon. 11x14 plates next time.

Very nice indeed. Curious, was this "supplemented" with natural light (with a long exposure)? I wouldn't have thought 2400ws by itself to be enough to give such good contrast.

No it was not supplemented with natural light. CdBr KI formula. 15 second development standard ferrous sulfate devo. with a little potassium nitrate. Lens was wide open at f4. Not curious at all IMO. I've been shooting around these specs for over 3 years.
