I use the Fuji 617 and give some example images at http://photo.net/photo/ so you can see for yourself! They are definitely great lenses.
Recessed lens boards are painful to use. Definitely the bag bellows is nice on Sinar.
Be careful with the Ilfochrome chemicals. They are toxic and caustic. Even a l ot of pro labs don't like to deal with them.
