I have a B&J that has stiff/hard bellow. Is there a way to soften the bellow? I'm not sure it's made out of leather so I haven't try Lexol Leather Cleaner on it.

IMHO- the Polaroid kind feel right...

you can find a lot of information on the web, google is your friend.
I learn a lot from this site when I did my conversion.

one can add a frame mask to make this camera accepts 120 size film.
I have the same camera and planning to convert it to a 6x14 but haven't found a time to actually do it.
