I assume Ilford doesn't really need to coat new film for this program? Just using existing master rolls and cutting the various ULF sizes from that should do it?
Thanks! I think the overcast, rainy day provided just the right conditions for this color-blind (blue sensitive only) emulsion.

Some time ago I managed to find this lens on eBay - with focus helical mounted on a Super Graphic lens board. It even came with a focusing spacer:...
The Cokin A filter holder has a 44mm adapter ring available which will screw into a series VI slip-on adapter.
The GN of this flash depends on the zoom setting of the reflector, so take that into account when using it in full manual mode.

When you are taking Weegee style photos of some outdoor crime scene, don't forget that the guide number table printed on the flashbulb package isn't meant for that use. The assumption for those GNs...
Hi Dave,
I've noticed the focusing rail of my Super Graphic gets pretty stiff when it's cold outside. How did you prep your camera for Antarctica?

My very last sheet of (long expired) "Polaroid 100 Blue" instant film. It was a challenge to find subjects that work with this weird film.

I'm always pleasantly surprised how well expired Polaroid 664 instant film still works.

I was actually hoping to see some more movement myself. There were two weak constant light sources: the turntable strobe light in the upper left and the pop-up light on the bottom. I needed about 15s...
Not sure whether this really qualifies as "still life": Prince's Purple Rain LP was spinning throughout the entire 90s exposure. But I did freeze the label of the record with some electronic flash....
One more from the same roll of film. Again with the Red/Blue polarizer, but a more subtle effect this time.

Good question. I have found very little information on these filters and this is the first time I have used one. The following is my understanding so far.
There are single color polarizing filters...

Here is my very first attempt using the New55 PN film. Given the current price, I very carefully metered the scene with a spot meter to get it right the first time. I based the exposure on some...

How do you agitate? Wouldn't the sheets move around and bump into each other?
Seems much safer to go a step beyond this and use a mod54 insert inside the Paterson tank: the sheets are separated and...
This is what I use as my main flashbulb reference:
http://www.cameramanuals.org/flashes_meters/ge_photolamp_1961_data.pdf
It's got details about all types of bulbs except M3.
I pointed the flash directly at the white dome of the meter for an incident flash reading.
The bulbs I'm interested in and own is anything that I can use with the M sync of my leaf shutter lenses....

You should also do a Web search for "grafmatic service manual" and download the pdf that's available for free. That tells you exactly how to assemble/disassemble it and where to apply lubrication.
