How's about ROR applied with kodak lens tissue, then gently buff with microfiber cloth?
"Why People Photograph" is pretty decent. Flawed in some respects, perhaps, but worth the brief read. Thoughts, anyone?
Saturdays, and every day, are Old West Days here at the LF Forum.
Let's have Lazybones month.
I'm "holding out" for a holder that works with a pressure plate.
You did this to me, then. :p
What is going on with Kodak? I'm really, really serial.
Or KEH's "Like New Minus" might be an overpriced 90mm SA f8 with very obvious "cleaning marks" and "schneideritus" to boot, which they charge you a "restocking fee" to return.
Buyer beware...
So... What's up with this shortage of new Readyload holders?
I will miss him. He was a giant.
OMG, you got served.
While I can't remember how my 150mm APO-Symmar L arrived, both my 210mm APO-Symmar L and 110mm Super-Symmar XL were barely finger-tight out of the box. I guess we just have to be careful. ;)
Great. What's Plan B?
Ever walk up to a Gursky print? :D :D :D :D
About 8 feet.:D :D :D :D
Don't underexpose, and forget auto scanner settings. Scan for data, using the "Dmax" and "Dmin" areas to define the histogram input. Your scanner shouldn't have too much a problem with negative...
My favorite lens design is the one that works best for the task at hand. :D :D :D :D
Any Epson.:D :D :D :D
I have an R1800. It is neat, but it doesn't do it to it like lazzzers on Crystal Archive.
Tango and Chromira? LOLZ. Sorry.
Another in-stock/back-ordered victim here. Rosco gels sure are hard to get a hold of. 2 months of e-mail black-out.
I agree, but their website is terrible.
It's important if you want things in focus.
Are you Billy Ray?
I saw "Picture for Women" at the Pompidou when I was in Paris a few years ago. I don't know if it's worth all that cash, but it certainly does have cultural worth.
You sure about that?
I also just put ISO 400 (and slower) color neg film through the carry-on machine. Last trip, the film went through four scans without ill effect. I gave up on (very pleasantly) requesting...
I've been to Europe 3 times, my 4th trip is coming up in 2 weeks. I'd only bring my LF kit if my stated purpose was to photograph in Europe. Travel light; bring only the Bessa. My Blad kit wasn't...
Yes, but unfortunately the reciprocity performance has taken a turn for the worse. :D
No, but if they record it will probably be with a DAW such as Pro Tools... not analog tape. :D :D :D
UTSF, my friend, and you will find lots of info...:D :D :D
...but again, I'm satisfied with the Eye-One Display 2.
...you like looking at grain/noise/pixels, blocked shadows, and blown highlights all in the swirly bokeh? Bookah. Bokeee... :D :D :D
Advice taken. Perhaps something to calm down yourself? :D :D :D
That's called "drawing." :D
I made a sharp photograph of fog a few weeks back...
These is no substitution for pot.
I currently use the GMB Eye-One Display 2, and it has worked very well. Although I have not profiled my printer, the Epson's output seems to agree fairly with my calibrated display at this point....
What is "Large Format?"
Your mother.
No, it sounds stupider the way I wrote it.
I don't.
