Thanks, Greg and Michael!
I have had my Gravity Works 20x24 print washer in storage for so long that I've lost the manual, along with the hose. If you can help witheither a photo or diagram of the hose setup, I'd really...
Thanks, but mine looks different, and I don.t know enough about it.

Thanks.Here it is.
I've inherited a TRX-S combo densitometer, but can't find an owner's manual. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was no help. If anyone has such an item, I'd be appreciative if you could share it....
Fred Picker was a good friend for many years, and I loved him dearly. I taught some of his workshops. But toward the end of his life, he said some things that were jst plain wrong. Exposing for...
I've been using Pyro with Photoflo for years; no problem.
I'll second that. I've owned many enlargers, and nothing I've ever used compares to a Durst. Durst-Pro-USA offers excellent service.
Thanks so much for the advice.
Steven
The titanium fittings on my Ebony 45SU are binding, and I'm hoping for some good advice on maintenance; recommended lubricant, etc.
Thanks,
Steven
Hi.
I recently purchased a used Ebony 4X5. It's in beautiful shape, and I love the camera, but the universal bellows is sagging inward too much in the front part, often cutting off the image if I'm...
Oren and Walter,
Thanks!
Steven
I own a Gandolfi Variant (4X5 MDF), with full movements front and rear. I have no paperwork for it, so, I'm not certain if it's Level 3. I'm selling it, and want to give accurate information. Can...
Thanks, all.

I've just purchased this camera on E-Bay, and would love a manual.
Does anyone out there have a one they can scan?
Thanks,
Steven
I gave up 8X10 years ago, in favor of 4X5. For me, it was more a matter of my vision, my way of seeing. A friend pointed out to me that with the 8X10, due to weight, difficulty, and expense, I was...
Thanks!
Steven
I need a few lensboards for my Gandolfi Variant. I believe they are the same as Linhof.
Can anyone recommend a good source?
Thanks,
Steven
Noteworthy that you are not interested in hearing from people who think that dealing with Durst-Pro-USA has been a very positive experience.
Steven
Thanks, Alex, I think I've found a source.

Gene,
It's not wood, and did come with a 4-page manual. I have owned several wooden cameras; this has more engineering.
Hi.
I just purchased a Gandolfi Variant III on Ebay, and would love an owner's manual.
Does anyone out there have one they can share?
Thanks,
Steven
I had the same problem; both with SCSI and firewire adapter.
I solved it by downloading an older version of the software. Color Flex 1.9 isn't the latest or greatest; but it solves the problem.
Is Scott Kelby part of the Bush administration? His logic reeks of "truthiness."
Hi.
Does anyone; Ted Harris or anyone else; have any real news about John Layton?
Thanks,
Steven
Thanks, people!
Hi.
I recently purchased a used Sinar F2, and it came with a reflex viewing hood. I love the idea of it, but have two reservations:
1. The magnifier is only 2X. Can a more powerful one be put in...
Thanks for the replies.
I've just switched from a Wisner 4X5, with a wooden groundglass protector, to a Sinar F-2. Does anyone have a suggestion for protecting the glass? I know that Calumet had an inexpensive plastic cover...
Thanks, all. I appreciate it.
Hi.
I just purchased a used Sinar f2, and would love to obtain a manual; specifically, the pages dealing with Sinar's focusing system. Can anyone out there scan those and email them? I'd be most...
Does anyone have experience in producing high quality black and white calendars?
I'm interested in producing one, based on my work, and don't know who to contact.
Thanks,
Steven Nestler...
Hi.
I have an enlarger problem, and have several questions:
1. My Durst 4X5 Optimo CL needs repair, and I cannot seem to fix it. I spoke with Jens Jensen some months ago, and couldn't afford it....
It sounds like an interesting camera, but not interesting enough for me to give up the Wisner. The one camera I've seen that really looks attractive in every way is the Layton. I've tried John...
Savanna,
For what it's worth, here are some observations;
1. I see no advantage in your going 8X10 with a reducing back; there are many disadvantages.
2. The advice you've been given about a...
I was buying from them, until I realized that I could buy the same materials locally from a framing supply wholesaler, and save the shipping, which was a large part of the cost. Also, I found...
Wonderful, Kirk. Enjoy the rewards of your hard work.
f/16 and be where? That, really, is the question.
Hi.
I just acquired a 12" Dagor in a shutter. I love the lens, but cannot thread a filter to it; it seems to be almost; but not quite; 58mm. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Steven
Marco,
Once you ascertain what you have, here's a tip that may help you find the emulsion side when you're unsure. Wet your lips, and then blot them almost dry. When you put a corner of the film...
