in a nutshell, the 12v doesnt shut off when the rinse water has been pumped into the drum.
the water is going down the overflow. are you saying that it should run all the time?? the main drain valve is closed.
scratch that. ive worked out how to use the little button and the fill pipe. the problem is only with the pump not shutting off while rinsing.

i think it definately is now. in this world where APS-C sensors are considered "medium size", and some stores still stocking 35mm film, then 6x9 is huge!
