Supposedly, it's permanent. The portfolio came from my sister's estate, and graciously, her estate donated the portfolio to the County.
Should of said "current exhibition".
Having been a career editorial photographer, a lot of my personal on-going work has never been displayed, which 'Florida Portraits' has always been a part of,...
Had a recent show, review below.

Simon - First go to my profile and look through my posts. Most are there concerning the sale of my 5 x 4 Gandolfi. Yes I sold it at my asking price - then saw it sold again by the buyer within 30...
That definitely sounds like my style. I love portraits.
My, coming up, fortieth anniversary with this Gandolfi. England, Brasil, Bolivia, Cuba - and my own backyard.

You might want to consider a Precision Gandolfi - they're robust, easy to work with - and, most importantly - affordable. Good luck on your choice.

Thanks J -
With portraiture, it is always very revealing about the photographer's personality. I shy away from the romantic, the technical and the beauty. But, love it in other peoples work. You...
I recently posted a camera outfit for sale - and must admit I rarely post on this forum. But today, went through many of the threads and enjoyed all the banter. Some words of great wisdom, great...
Well "Gan" - lovers of Gandolfi's appear to be bright people. It's only taken me about 24 hours to figure out the forum.
I've only posted (this equipment) on the LF Forum because this site...
(My Gandolfi Camera Outfit)
Can't figure out how to create a link to my "for sale" post. Was hoping that I could do it here within this thread but, any way it's now over there - somewhere.
Sounds like you have quite a selection.
I finally posted the equipment last night in the "for sale" section - a few photos and some history. There seems to be a lot of movement there as the...
Bill - I'm in Sarasota as well.
Thanks Kuzano for your seasoned advice.
Hopefully I did not talk this 'camera scenario' up too much. This Gandolfi precision 4x5 is not a pristine mint condition outfit. This is a clean 'working'...
I want to give it 24 hours on this post to make sure it's OK with the forum moderator to switch over to the "for sale" section. Over the weekend I will take some shots of the camera and accessories...
Thanks "Dap".
As I mentioned, I'm not an ebay person or particularily interested in listing there. I did do some research on past sales and they varied. I will continue to do a little bit more....
Haven't been on the forum for over a year, so excuse my lack of introduction. But I have my old profile filled out.
I am considering selling my 4x5 Gandolfi (w/ numerous accessories). This camera...
I think I figured it out.
Notice the lens box that Fred made, and not in the photo, my wooden numbered holders with additional back.
Stu - now that you mention it, I vaguely remember that the black version was an option. I do remember, at the shop, seeing the black tri-pods. Another unique thing, with my 5x4, Fred threw in a used...
Andrew - thanks for those bio's and old photos. Looking back, it was a special time.
A personal project I did a few years back for the family. A few portraits shown.

Currently working on a large book of portraits - hopefully to be published...
Ole - Your 10x8 is almost identical to mine except for some minor things. I asked Fred for some leather bellows and some extra minor details. We spent a day at the shop where he and I picked out some...
CJ - When setting up, I center only by eyesight. With a 360mm Schneider and shooting mostly portraits, it doesn't really become a factor. The schneider has tremendous coverage. What's in the ground...
Geoff - Just came on the forum for the first time today. Saw your post.
I went to Exeter College of Art and Medway College of Design in the late 60's and early 70's. Met with Fred Gandolfi and he...
Since I left England years ago It's been difficult, when discussing formats, to switch the numbers around.
In the late 60's and early 70's, Fred Gandolfi custom built my two cameras and they've...
Hello. New to the forum.
I'm a professional photographer who uses two size formats (4x5 & 8x10) Gandolfi's.
I'm currently wrapping up a book project of 8x10 portraits.
Would love to share...
