I did a window mounted AC unit (I built a wall opening for it) in a garage DR. I had to find light tight vents to balance the air. Wall (window) mounted units blow air in to the room but, suck from...

To me cameras/formats are like fishing poles or power saws.....none of them are exactly right for everything but, all are exactly right for something. (I phone to 8x10 for this guy).
I don't have a boat, motor cycle or girl friend....my wife said, "you can have any camera you want".........
Thank you, I cleaned it up a little in PS but, The print looks very similar. I didn't need to dial any contrast into my Omega color head either. I did some burning and dodging in various locations....
Thank you, Peter

I didn't see Dagor in my speed reading. I have a 240mm F6.8 Dagor in a barrel that I think I paid 75-100$ for. I like it especially at that price.

I was introduced to sheet film at the Livermore camera club by Jerry Russell in 1992 . I have always loved the detail and speed (slow) of using LF. I am 55 years young...

Based on many of these cameras I've seen for sale over the years, it seems that the metal doesn't hold up well.
I disagree.....metal does hold up well....IMOP! (TOYO 45ar, Horseman 450) a little...
What I neglected to say (type) was that my friend used his phone for the photo and not a DSLR. Must admit it was a nice image of what we saw that day.
I was in Colorado for Christmas last year and we took a trip to Estes Park for the day. My friend took a quite nice photo of the Rockies in evening light that was quickly edited for color,saturation...
Working in large format is bucket list stuff.......you don't know until....you know!
Think about using SK Grimes.....you can send them a Sinar board, a Toyo board and about 100 usd and they will modify the Sinar board to receive the Toyo board.
I did.......and all of my 45AR...
Axis tilt is a blessing and it reduces (if not removes) the refocus problem of base tilt cameras. On the Horseman 45L everything is geared except swing and tilt. I am not aware of a camera that is...

Brilliant....mine is in bold...thank you Bernice!
I paid 180$ for my 75mm lens four years ago......but, chose to replace a sticky shutter.....I agree with Bernice about the price you may pay to get a copy but, in what condition????
I have a Grandagon 75mm 6.8. I got it on the LFF in April 2014 and had the shutter rebuilt. I have about $300 invested with no complaints.
My copy of the Grandagon N 75mm 6.8. is small, light and SHARP! I love this lens on 4x5.
