Re: Uneven Tray Development or Light leak?

Sandy, It was definitely a good learning experience. I spent one month in the UK but only exposed 25 sheets. Unfortunately, I did not take any back up shots with another camera. I did take duplicate...

Re: Uneven Tray Development or Light leak?

Tracy, that's a very good point. I typically do drape the dark cloth over the holders, but I remember being rushed to take this photo and seeing my dark cloth on the ground. Plus, the holders are...

Re: Uneven Tray Development or Light leak?

Ok, the film is dry and here it is. I still feel that it might be uneven development on the edges, at least I hope that's what it is. The other 4 sheets I've developed have been nice and even. These...

Re: Uneven Tray Development or Light leak?

Thanks for the quick responses. I'll post another photo once the film dries. I always pull the dark slide completely out of the holder before making an exposure. And yes, the holder was definitely...

Uneven Tray Development or Light leak?

    Hey Guys,

I'm slowly developing film from my trip overseas. So far 2 of 8 sheets have the exact same black mark and they were both in the same holder. This is 16x20" film developed in a 20x24"...

Re: Film Development in the UK (16x20)

    Hey Hugo,

Thanks for the camera : ). I've never actually used the jobo system, I've had great consistency developing single sheets in trays. But that is a good idea, maybe I'll purchase one when I...

Re: Film Development in the UK (16x20)

    Bob,

I contacted Metro Imaging and couple weeks back and they do not process anything over 8x10. However, they did refer me to Bayeux.co.uk, but I have yet to recieve a response from them.

Re: Film Development in the UK (16x20)

Thank you both for the responses. I checked photo fusion and they don't allow film processing in their darkroom. I'll see what I can find on the ilford darkroom finder site. I'm shooting with FP4 and...

Film Development in the UK (16x20)

    Hello,

On April 15th I'll be leaving for my first overseas trip to the UK with large format equipment. I'll be bringing both my 8x10 and 16x20 cameras. My biggest concern is my film getting fogged...
