    Those shutters are very simple mechanic, there is no gears at all inside. Just a lever and a spring, plus a few screws. They are more like a Packard and definitely not as complicated as a compur......

    Here is a picture of the most damaged of the 3 shutters. Keep in mind that the hole is 85mm wide... The blades are fairly larges and that makes it easier to repair......

    I use ADOFIX Plus and manufacturer recommandation are 20 films at 1+4 or 15 at 1+7 dilution per litre.
    Given that one 36-exposure-135mm film = one 120 = four 4x5 = two 5x7 (roughly) it is reasonable...

    I have not tested it myself but here in France there is a guy who sell hand-polished custom made gound glasses... He seems to have a good reputation and they are quite cheap (40€ for a 8x10).
