polaroid55, abused by hp-photosmart skanner and ps.

Unintentional solarization of polaroid55.. heliar 21cm@4,5. crappy scan, toning in ps
Anders
Me, by a friend. Not that bad for his first ever LF pic, even if he was trying to look through the filmholder when firing the shutter... =) Technika heliar 21cm@4,5

Nice pictures everyone! My try (maybe posted earlier already)
Limefactory, abandoned since 1994, covers several hectares, still in the shape they left it. No vandalism due to bikers who have their...
Easy, it gets even sharper =) Though mine is very sharp at 4.5 already, and it seems it only gets marginally better stopping down. I have some undeveloped flower shots shot between 4.5-7.1 apertures...
Easter witches, Technika-Heliar 21cm @4.5
Taken last summer, developed last week =) CHS25/Tanol
Technika-Heliar 21cm @f11 chs25 in tanol, trying out a platinum action in ps, I feel the need to resort to gimmicks, as the files I get are crappy at best =)

I've been using this lately:
duplicate layer
filter/other/highpass ->radius depending on resolution, wanted effect, usually 0,5-1,5

Same as the above, she always blinks when shutter goes, even with the compound being a surprisingly quiet one =)
Not too ambitious testing of a 21cm technika-heliar 4,5 @4,5, Ridiculously sharp for being wideopen, not visible in this sorry scan with tiny sensor dslr@iso400 though. I'm astounded... Txp320@160 in...
Thanks everybody!
we were measuring the thread with a friend and he laughed at me, "good luck finding filters, mate" but I knew where to ask,and the bay seems quite well stocked =)
Anders
The 21cm heliar I got, has a 0,75x57:ish thread on the inside of the front element, so if I've understood correctly one has to use push/slip-on type of filters with this lens (60mm because its...
Yes it's the same as in the picture, maybe just a little less.
I actually found the photo.net(?) discussion earlier and got worried of the mentioned costs and dangers of repairing it... It's...
Thanks for the reply,
the lens should be of 1956 vintage (ser.no. 4080057) And it looks more like a slight discoloration and is quite homogenous. So I can start the hassle and mount it and start...
I just scored this lens in a trade to 35mm system and some money, The optics are clean, apart from some dust and small hairs, the compound is in equally good crisp condition and has had maintenance...
maybe this one should've gone to the mistake thread, scanned with "dslr"

I think I'm going to go for the manfrotto 405, atleast it looks like the solution I've been looking for, though the price is at the limit.. It's as valuable as the camera.. :) ...
Hello,
I've inherited a gitzo studex tripod propably from the 70's or 80's, and I'm in the need for a sturdier ballhead to accomodate a 4x5 or, if possible, in the future a light 8x10 field. The...
