    I like the gate, awty.

Sadly, that armillary sphere sundial is pointing in the wrong direction.

I think the joshua tree on the far left distracts from the shape and pattern of the others as they fade off into the distance. May crop, but not sure. Shen Hao 6x17, Nikkor 210/5.6, Delta 100

Thanks. Those Joshua trees are nice too. I want to visit the place one of these days.

Now that you mention it, I can see it - there is a very strong rhythm formed by the two near-foreground trees on both the left and the right. And the tree on the far left you are referencing could be seen as interrupting that rhythm. But honestly, the picture is so strong that I think it comes out of it perfectly fine. I wouldn't have noticed it until you mentioned it and in part I think that is attributable to the (lucky?) fact that the tree on the left is tonally a little lighter and therefore seems to blend into the background more easily.

Obviously, I love looking at others' images and would love to see a potential crop, but I suspect that the loss of width would make the resulting image look a little "chunkier" (not in a good way).

Either way, really beautiful work. You clearly have an eye for this particular aspect ratio.
