    Printing to draw out dynamic range is a real challenge with this image and you have succeed in showing good detail in the shadows. A very interesting perspective. I like the busyness of the image. Really very nice worl.

    Thanks, all. As a 5x7 print it does have a good feel in one's hands. A different feel than most of my carbons -- it has just a very few deep blacks and just a very few pure whites. It requires a bit of a cross-county walk to get to.

    In fact, here is one I took right before it. Just walk between the two large redwoods on the right. Once past the trees, carefully make your way along the creek towards the left. The ferns come up past one's waist.
