Just bought a brand new Tachihara 4x5 from Midwest, and wondering if anyone has suggestions for a nice daypack that would hold the camera, darkcloth, six holders, three lenses, and a Pentax spotmeter?

I use one of these for a similar kit—http://www.rei.com/product/827133/rei-trail-25-pack
Tim,
There's an f64 here for sale somwhere. I use one with my Shen Hao and it takes everything you mention (but 4 lenses with boards), filters, loupes, etc.
There's a large f64 backpack for sale now in the FS section.
I use that same pack for my Zone VI 4x5. It holds the entire kit, except for film holders.
If you have fewer lenses than I do (you definitely have fewer) you could put the holders in the kit also.
IIRC it will hold 8 holders.
I put the camera in the pouch, which leaves the whole interior available for other items.

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.
I just recieved a Burton Zoom Pack 26L yesterday and am configuring the gear out. I got it from Backcountry.com for $123. I took out all but one of the velcro separaters inside the main compartment. So far I have been able to fit my chamonix 045n2, two lenses, pentax spot meter, 4 film holders, dark cloth, loupe, and five filters. It also has room for a water bottle on the side and can fit a hat and gloves. I will also be able to strap a light layer on the outside. The tripod attaches with three straps on the center back and it feels secure. It has a couple other funky small pockets on the side that aren't very big. I guess I will put some small food items in them. Overall it seems well built and padded and you could do some pretty active stuff. It is made for snowboarding, but I am going to cross country ski with it. It is not too wide and you can move your arms. I walked around with it loaded with everything and I think it is going to work. I did a bunch of research and this is the pack I came up with.
Thanks guys. Leigh, I have more than three lenses, but when I hike with the camera I only want to carry three. The F64 looks nice, but it actually bigger than I want. The REI is just a normal pack, which might make most sense if I could find a good padded case for the camera. Any suggestions for a case that will fit the tachi?
PhotoBackpacker has just what you need
Thanks SCM. That looks perfect!
Wrap the camera in the darkcloth and you don't have to buy or carry anything else.
