Yep that's about right..... One day I couldn't take it any more and set out to make plates. 5 years ago... Still love it.

Ok, an other ambrotype
I had to take this one at f32 as it already had a very short exposure of 2 secs.
I personally prefer less DOF, but in real this image shows an amzinlgy amount of details

You don't need light painting, lquids or anything else. Just keep on producing pictures like this !

But cleaning scanner might be in order looks like dust on ccd array or just dirt on calibration section of glass. Nice tonality and light though

I'm already having a blast with my new 4x5, and would like to get a darkroom started, and now this... My mind is racing, and I'm having a hard time focusing on the day to day ops that I need to be involved in.
