Agitation. But if you're sure it's a light leak, why ask? I see the leak in the upper left side but that's minimal and entirely another problem like seating of the film holder.

Bush,
The problem is most likely that you are getting inadequate agitation in the developer and I would suggest a method of making sure the developer evenly gets on the film in the very first 15 seconds, here and on APUG this IMHO is the most common problem in film developing and actually one of the hardest things to do correctly.
You are in trays which I have never worked with for film development , but the flow lines are much like the problems of not getting the dev over the whole film fast and evenly.
If you are using an acid stop, then all development should stop immediately and FWIW streaking could not be attributed at this stage, as most prominent development is long finished and this kind of streaking would be impossible, unless of course you decided not to use a stop or fix then I could see some uneven mottling to start happening but that really would be impossible in any three tray setup.
BTW I do like the images and the selective focus is nice.
If the negative were not cleared properly there would be plus density (brown stain) on the negative which in positive would be white areas of unevenness, rather the OP's images show dark mottling which would be minus density on the negative and I have always attributed this to the developer and never to the fix.
Also if the negatives are not fixed properly the OP can quickly tell by the brown stain that would be clearly visible on the film.

I've had negs come out just like this and it was a result of uneven development from not pre-soaking the film before development... I was also using trays but with no safe light and my film was x-ray
kind regards
steve
I've seen similar results from 'unintentional' flashing while in the developer - early stages...
Especially with the horizontal or linear banding in the first image - source shadow... and the edge densities....
(I see agitation problems as well)
Cheers,
Dan
Edit - Guess I should've just added this to my previous post, rather than posting again...

i say agitation, insufficient fixing, and a finger print or two
"WOW! Now thats a big camera. By the way, how many megapixels is that thing?"
What a trouble from many sources .
last night I tried to put it again in fixer but no more improvement
Now I can summary what I should do as following
I will try next time and let you know
-Wash the film in fresh water before developing
-Not using laser point for so long, just instant to see !
-Try to put it evenly in developing tray and agitation
-Let have more time and agitation with fixing
and more...?
Actually I have quite good dark room results from the last one until this one.( also using red laser point)
