Shot this in the studio back in December... of course I hand-painted the backdrop and the foreground is made from Styrofoam, real ice would never look like that. Used a big Bron Octabox, full crew of grip and stylists.

I feel my leg being pulled from 300 miles away. Looks just like the beach on Lake Ontario --Do you use a warming filter to keep your models from shivering?

Tri, yes! I had a great time and went home with a beautiful lens to boot. I've already cut three more waterhouse stops for it and will have it mounted to a board soon. Yes as Tong said your neighbor is a lovely woman and she was a great model. I hope I can work with her soon. BTW nice images. They both have some unusual characteristics? Especially the 8x10?
