Lake Ewauna railroad bridge, Klamath Falls, Oregon. It is apparently a drawbridge, but the bridge hasn't been raised for some time.
Another one from the same bridge. By the way, I dropped my Pentax digital spot in the water for this one. It was under for 10-15 seconds. I took the battery out and dried it with my T-shirt, and it kept on working - awesome! There seems to be a bit of water behind the eyepiece - I'll be posting elsewhere about that if it doesn't go away!
Nice, h2oman!
My Pentax took a similar swim in Cascade Creek in Yosemite, but perhaps a bit shorter one (no more than 5 seconds). I had lost my balance while setting up the 8x10 and I had to make a choice between the meter and the 8x10 (w/lens). No ill effect on the meter.
Vaughn
Edited to add: Just read you other post about the meter. I never took it apart. I have taken apart the non-digital Pentax spot meter, though and the lens screwed off, if I remember right.
