Royalties are generally around 15% of the wholesale price (which starts at 50% of the retail and then drops with quantity). With a primary author and 10+ contributers????? I worked on my section off and on for a couple of weeks. Andrew worked on the book for a couple of years. It was an honor to contribute, have my expertise recognized, along with such distinguished professionals.
