I'll donate. Did I just sign up or do I sign up somewhere else? Also, as Jorge asked, where do I send the jpeg's?

Politically, aerodynamically, and fashionably incorrect.
Chuck,
Submission date is Sept 15th.
There are several Word Documents which detail the entire event. I can send them to you if you are interested. Please e mail me at steve@steve-sherman.com
We are at 47 LF photogs with room for a few more.
Very impressive list of co-exhibitors if anyone else would like to participate.
Cheers, Steve Sherman
Is this the date you need to receive the prints, or the date you need to have the jpegs?
We need to have original artwork in our hands by Sept. 15th so we can make Jpegs of all donated works. If you can supply us with "book quality" Jpegs you may take until Oct. 1st to have your donated art work in our hands here in Connecticut and Jpegs send via e mail.
Cheers, Steve Sherman
Steve -
I'm in; just have to matt the prints. I'll help with bagging and setup too, just let me know when to be there.

Steve I sent an email to you... Thanks I live in florida...
Greetings to everyone who has been involved and has also been following the progress of the Large Format Photographers who partnered with the Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center in Connecticut to raise over $20,000.00 in donations as a result of each photographer donating 3 different Large Format photographs.
LF photpgraphers representing 23 different states from Oregon to Florida and Louisiana to New Hampshire should be extraordinarily proud of their generosity and art works.
A few pix of the event! The last being a little celebration after the fact.
Cheers!
Steve, thanks for sharing some pics with those of us who couldn't make it to the event. More importantly I'm glad to hear it was so successful. Congrats to you and everyone who made it happen!
What a night! I'm proud to be a member of such a talented, caring community of photographers. To see the work on the web was one thing, but to actually view it was amazing. The event even made the Hartford newscast, and there was an article in the Hartford Courant about it. Hopefully, this will increase the visibility of the large format community in the world at large. Everyone who saw the work, from the waitstaff to the wonderful attendees was blown away by the quality that the large format print embodies.
Next time - next year - whenever - I'll be ready to help, just let me know.
