NO! You don't *need* to do that. From my perspective, the only reason to do that would be if it turned out to be impossible to find a Sinar-to-Calumet adapter for a reasonable price. In that case, going to Technika boards as a readily-available common denominator would be a reasonable alternative.

I would contact seller zbima1 on eBay and ask if he can make you a Sinar-to-Calumet adapter. SK Grimes can of course do it, but it will be expensive. Richard Ritter can also make adapters, not sure about his current pricing - you can ask him.

Yes, there is always somewhere an X-brand to Technika lens board adapter to find, Linhof used to set the standard for lens boards since the 1950s.
if you have different brands of LF camera's and want to easily interchange lenses, then Linhof's Technika standard is the way to go...

At the time, when I had a Sinar Norma (13x18) and a Linhof Kardan (4"x5"), I made an adapter out of a used Sinar lens board (size #3 hole), a few screws and washers, a M4 screw knob and some DIY imagination to fit a Technika plate on the Norma...

And Technika lesboards are easy to imitate too...

If you don't mind plastic, I have designed and printed several lens boards and lens board adapters for my various view cameras.

A simple, online program like Tinkercad is what I use. You don't even have to have a 3D printer; it can be farmed-out for a reasonable cost. Of course, it makes prototyping a slow process unless you can print and try it out.

zimbal1 on eBay also sells well finished base and sliding brackets to mount on your 3D printed boards. Lot prettier than my vice-bent, filed version, but mine works and I don't mind.

Lots of options but as others have suggested, choose the smallest lensboard in your group of cameras and mount all the lenses on THAT standard. That way you only have to make adapters for each camera not represented.
