I think we will all find ourselves in his position at some point in our lives, unless we plan on dying with a room full of gear that will most likely go to a landfill. I've been the beneficiary of 2 such elderly collectors to date, and bought some unicorns from the widow of a third who was driving herself to an early grave trying to dispose of her late husband's treasures. That's why I consider we are simply custodians of this beautiful gear, not 'owners'.
