I specifically got out this camera because I didn't use it once in 2024, which is a shame, seeing as it's really nice to use and produces excellent images - even though the f3.5 Tessar doesn't get as much love as the f2.8 Planar. I've often considered getting one of the 2.8E Planar models, but then I produce a few photos with this camera and suddenly the notion of "upgrading" seems quite unnecessary!

Yes half of me would be in water. In the middle ground you can see a steep bank with a water mark there too. Where I'm standing is not as steep of a bank to get at the the water's edge.

Yes, it looks like it's on par with other films I use. The film is thin and curly with a pretty low base+fog density of around 0.10 which is not as low as their RPX 25 (~0.05 density) and Retro 80S films.

Looks that way on monitor too. But when I use a RGB meter tool and check the values of the sky and water, I get RGB= 220ish for the sky and RGB= 180-190ish for the brighter parts of the water. So the sky is brighter. The image is a grey scale (no toning).
