Be careful with YouTube repair videos. The creators vary greatly in skill and expertise. Proper shutter cleaning requires disassembly, cleaning (the pros use ultrasonic cleaners) to remove dried lubricant and other gunk (as opposed to flushing with Naphtha, which doesn't remove it all and moves around what it leaves to cause continuing problems), and proper lubrication upon reassembly.
Keh recently repaired my copal 3 shutter. It took only a few weeks and it works as good as new now. I did buy the shutter from them so the repair was under warranty and I couldn’t tell you how much it would cost otherwise.
My usual repair shop has decided not to service copal shutters anymore. So I consider myself lucky that keh can do it. But it seems as though it’s becoming more difficult to find a shop that will do it.

Have you tried Carol at Flutot in California. I'm not sure if she still does shutters, but she always did an exceptional job, even when parts required some work.
