    De Vere 5108

I've managed to get my De Vere 5108, which has been in storage about 15 years, reassembled'
It has a Dichromat head, a De Vere control box and a De Vere old timer (with turnbuckle knobs)
When I first turned it on and selected 'focus' the lamps lit up.
    Since then no lights work.
Power is getting through - the fans work and the facia lamp lights, but not the main lamps.
I've tried every combination of power/focus I can with no joy. Fuses appear ok.
I've even replaced one of the lamps but still nothing.
Any suggestions - it's driving me mad!

Do you have a multimeter? Is there power to the lamp sockets? My guess is "No" because you've tried multiple bulbs, but....

Is there a temp sensor in the head that turns off the bulbs if they get too hot?

It may have a blown Temperature safety

    aka Thermistor

    Many devices ues one

    often nearly invisible

    Toasters use them too

    but many variations

    Thanks for those replies.

It's British 240v. I don't believe there's a temperature cut-out - nothing apparent and the manual doesn't mention one. Also the lamps were only on for a few seconds so no time to overheat really.
I do have a multimeter - I'll check power to the lamp sockets but it's a bit of a stretch to think of multiple failures all together (all 4 lamps).
After the lamps lit the first time I switched them off - they didn't go out of their own accord, and no nasty noises.
