Making pure Triethanolamine out of 85% water solution

A couple of years ago I had good results with 510-Pyro developer and would like to make a new batch. But recently it has been impossible to find pure TEA, Triethanolamine, over here in Brazil. What is available is the 85% solution in water (not in DEA). My questions are: Is there any danger or damage to the original if I put it in a household kitchen oven, inside a stainless steel open container and leave it there for an hour or so at 130ºC? Would that bring out any intoxicating vapor or leave residues inside the oven that I use for cooking? Would that be enough to bring it to a close to 100% pure TEA? Any thoughts or experiences about it?

If the stuff is 85% TEA just increase the amount of TEA solution by 15%.

If it is 85% water then increase the amount of TEA solution by 6.7x.

Later, in the one shot working solution, it will be diluted in water anyway. So you are right in thinking that with 85% TEA and 15% water it could just be considered as a weaker stock solution. But the idea of eliminating all the water goes more in the sense of avoiding premature oxidation. That is why I don't want any water in the stock solution.
