I have Shanel 5A shutter and flange thread size is a metric M64x1.0
Thank you, that is very helpful. They guy that sold it to me said, "There is no flange, just secure it with screws." which I might have taken seriously except the same guy has two other Shanel 5a shutters for sale with the flange on. So far, it is my cheapest alternative to buy another shutter (that has a flange on it), about $100, rather than having one made. It's a tiny savings, but I also get a spare shutter.
They're in Europe and I don't see anything 'off the shelf' in that size but you could also try https://www.customphototools.com/
(I have no connection with them, apart from purchasing a ring for a Nikkor enlarging lens).
I did not contact them, but it looks like the biggest thing they have is M62x1. They custom make parts too, but I guess it will be a lot.
I also looked here:

And here is one that is one mm too large:

I think I found a ring. My problem was I was too specific. When I entered "64mm retaining" in the filter, I got lots of hits. I bought one for $45, but I do not know if the pitch is 1. Maybe a foolish purchase, but if not, I saved some cash. If I guessed wrong, I have an interesting $45 piece of brass.
Hello Dann, hopefully your problem has already been sorted out. If not, do a search on eBay for Rittreck View lens boards. There will most likely be a couple for sale with the flange already attached. Some will be for Copal 3: as you already know they won't fit.
