nice lens...
thanks my friend!
I managed to run out of front rise without dark corners with my 360mm, 15-18cm on 8x10", so this could light a 20x24" film if you go close enough.
Image circle is another thing.

It is a Dialyte formula 45 degree process type of lens. I have owned one for nearly forty years. Now I have two! To go on my 5x7 TLR Reflex Sinar Norma

Rodenstock APO ronar, excellent view camera lens. Image circle of 382mm at f22. 480mm/19" is a classic longer than normal focal length for 8x10.

Do NOT exceed the Rodenstock specified image circle regardless of what some will say about "illumination stopped down" as the optical performance degrades past the specified image circle regardless of circle of illumination. Observe and respect the optics designers at Rodenstock and those who created this lens. Less than this is lens abuse.
