I’m looking for plans for a vacuum frame but can’t seem to locate any online. Anyone know where I can find one.

thanks
I found some instructions I saved years ago, I can email them if you like.
Petersen's Photographic, I think, put out a "Photo Equipment you can make" book in two volumes. One of them had plans for a vacuum easel. Maybe your library has it? Otherwise, doesn't Drew have a lot of experience with vacuum easels?

Unfortunately, the photos have been deleted. I can try to dig them up if you are interested.
Would be interesting if it can scale to 16x20.
Nice write up but I really need pictures to visualize what you wrote. I did get some good information though. You are the first I have seen who has mentioned putting the main vacuum right under the center of the paper. Am I right in assuming you do not have anything covering the paper like a sheet of glass? If you did, would that make the cardboard masks unnecessary?
looks like colin no longer publishes his blogs. A message says it is too much of a distraction as of 15 Oct 2018
