Hi all,
I bought a pack of 8x10 sheets Ilford Delta 100 expired in 1999. The sheets are like glued to each other in one block. I had to force quite a bit to separate some of them.
Has this ever happened to any of you?
I am afraid they are damaged...

Sounds like moisture got to them (or the moisture in the air they were packed in wreaked havoc on the film). Yes, they're damaged for sure, but if you're lucky, it's only along the edges and the center is still usable. Expect some 'vintage' results though.
My guess is that the film got wet at some point. In nearly 40 years of LF photography, I've never had that issue with any box of film I've ever used.
Alternatively, they have been exposed to strong sun in a hot car and melted together.
I think you will have to invest in some new (factory fresh) film.
