After repeated beatings by river floods, this giant trunk is enjoying a welcome rest.

Some trouble with the dappling contrast.

But I was happy with the one-second exposure for the water.

This very nice. Great feel of being there. There is some tree-mendous detail there is would be great on a larger print.
You get a brownie point for this one.
    Regards

    Re: Large Format Landscapes

It's been a while since I've posted but thought I'd share a personal project which is currently being exhibited at the Architectural Association in London.

'Defensive Structures in the British Landscape'

The project can be viewed here at: www.britishpillboxes.co.uk

The series was photographed using an Arca Swiss 4x5 model C and a variety of E6 film stock.

Just moved to the US Midwest and wondered if anyone can recommend a good E6 4x5 lab in Minneapolis or Madison.

    Thanks in advance,

    Richard.

Richard: That is a beautiful collection of images. They're all wonderful, I think I liked Northumberland II especially, due to your juxtaposition of "defensive installations." I look forward to the images you produce of the U.S. Midwest.
