If it becomes the latest age in wedding photography by amateurs, it may be more of a threat to the entire wedding party.
I don't think many brides will want a NOISY drone distracting people from her on the big day. it's good for a few shots. It would be nice to mount strobes on a drone for some unusual lighting schemes

I don't know but It seems to me like wedding photography is one of the "genres" of photography that is the most plauged with silly gimmicks, be they drones, VSCO filters or shooting through plastic bags. I wonder why that is...
You are 100% good here that it may be more of a threat to the entire wedding party. Anyhow, according to my friend (Photographer in Brisbane famous the name of Headshot Photography Brisbane), "Many clients have remarked how informative and fun the shoot is".
