Indeed, because we raised more than our goal, we were able to make the front removable/replaceable. That erased the hard line between 65 and 90 backers. So now ALL backers will get a survey asking for their preference:
• How would you like the camera pre-assembled: 90 or 65?
• If you chose 90, would you like a free 65 conversion kit (or vice versa)?
The reason why we're asking whether people want the conversion kit is purely ecological; I don't want to ship 65 plates to people who will throw them away.

I'd have to do a calculation on angle of view. You can get the spots to be very very tiny, but it's usually not necessary.
PS—I just got a Grandagon 90mm ƒ/6.8 in the mail yesterday. So far, it seems great on the Travelwide. The FFD is shorter than the Super Angulon, so you can focus much closer. On mine, it looks like I can easily reach 0.7m.
