203mm f/7.7 Ektar; sharp, compact, and light. Also good on 4x5.
I used to carry three lenses with my Canham MQC57- Nikon 120SW, Nikon 180W, and Nikon 300M.
Sold the Nikons, and now carry a Fujinon f5.6 180W and a Fujinon f6.3 250W.
Those two lenses seem to cover 98% of my 5x7 shooting needs.
300 G-Claron.

I currently do not have a dedicated 5X7 camera. Rather I use 5X7 reducing backs on my two 8X10s. On the field camera, I primarily use a 19" Artar in Universal shutter; and occasionally a 265mm lens. For studio camera I use 21" configuration of TR triple in a Packard shutter. I like the telephoto for isolating the subject whether portraits or narrow scenes. If I ever do get a 5X7 camera, will make sure it has sufficient bellows for the 19".

My two favourite lenses on 5x7 are my 10" Commercial Ektar and my 36cm Tele-Xenar. I didn't expect to love the Tele-Xenar as much as I do, but it has continued to surprise me again and again. Looking forward to trying a 12" Dagor in this format.
