The 291 Gallery has relocated from its former location in San Francisco to nearby Mill Valley. They will feature the work of Mark Citret later this month.

Great news, good to here Ed has his gallery open again and good to hear that they will be exhibiting Mark Citret's work.
Thanks for posting this.

Most welcome, Roger. The former space was central and impressive, but good work such as Mark's will add class to the new "291". I wish much success for all involved. The last exhibit I visited at the Geary gallery was Michael and Paula's opening --- I guess a few years ago!
Love his work, wish I could see the exhibit. He's critiqued my work several times. He said it was spectacular so I really liked him.
Just kidding about the spectacular part, he did critique my work for me on two occasions and his comments were very perceptive and helpful.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you do criticize them you'll be
a mile away and you'll have their shoes.
Thanks Merg,
Looks like this is going to be a great season for photography shows out here.
I was thinking the same thing. Plenty of photography while SFMOMA is closed for renovation. Plus Pier 24!
