I don't need another 4x5 but it seems like a great price.

sometimes horrible photography is a sign that the seller doesn't know what they are selling or they're hiding the defects.
I wouldn't bother with such a poor salesman. Consider the better version I am watching. I have both. Just watching.

If there is nothing wrong with it, it's probably a good camera. Especially is tt is the kind of camera you're wanting (monorail, with lots of numbers.) Of course you might find a Graphic View II for half that price, OR a Calumet 400 for 1/3rd of that price (monorail, no numbers) so if price is the pivotal factory, you may be able to do better.

I wouldn't say that any camera from a " damp state" would be musty and moldy, it would depend on how and where it was stored.
I've purchased some real gems, and stinkers ( literally ) off the Bay, unfortunately it's the game you play when you
purchase stuff without being able to physically examining it.
Stay away from Aero Ektars if you're worried about radiation
I've used the Horseman L45 sparingly and found it to be a very nice camera. I'd consider it more of a studio camera than field camera but I know a few hardy souls who use it in the field.
The crappy pictures don't show much but it looks reasonably clean.

Last week I am in Tokyo Bic Camera, they dump the Horseman accessories out. 6X9 film holder for around us$80, bag bellow for us$38, ground grass with holder for us$4 which is the only item I bought, the others no one look at it. All are new in box. Look like the end of large format day.
