Hangar Doors at the Weapon Load Training building, Loring Air Force Base, Limestone ME. Reinhold Wollaston 190mm meniscus lens at f8. Speed graphic, 4x5 FP4+ film in pyrocat HD. I'm guessing the bombers were much bigger than the buildings, so the door fit around the tail.
I was stationed at Loring from July 1960 to July 1961. Is the base open to anyone at present. I have very cold memories ( -45F ).
