In the past I've had a "Social Gathering Evening" once or twice a year for photographers to get together and share their latest projects. This year I'm changing it to a Saturday morning, and I'll make the coffee.

If you love photography you're invited. It's a chance to meet other photographers, see what they have been up to and show what you've been up to. This is the first time I'm holding it in the morning. Last year we had 26 people in the evening. Most showed a few prints, one or two had a new book, and one or two had an interesting camera they enjoyed using. It's fun, very casual, you'll see great photographs and meet interesting people. Everyone is encouraged to bring something to show, and I don't mean something from 20 years ago. What are you working on now!

This past year I worked on a series of Street Portraits taken with the 4x10 and I'll have them printed for the cafe.

These are the basic rules; Be Interested, Be Generous with your knowledge, Be Interesting, Connect.
