    Cambo 8x10 help?

My 8x10 legend has just been sitting. I'd like to actually use it, though. However, the focusing area seems to be missing something... it has a plastic type of ground glass with markings on it, but it seems way to flexible and bendable to be the only piece I should have there. Is this piece designed to work with a specific Fresnel glass or am I missing a glass piece of some sort? This plastic piece IS a focusing screen, as I can use it just fine. But, it bows and bends, so I doubt I'll actually be able to achieve critical focus with it alone.

The ground glass that came with my 8x10 Cambo Legend is glass. I think that you may have a replacement ground glass......

It may be that your model of Cambo requires a glass overlay, plain or gridded.
The glass overlay is generally about 1mm thick, so it's harder to find at a hardware store, but it is essentially just plain glass.
