Easily doing verticals with a modified dark slide (or splitters) does help to make up a little for the extra weight and bulk of an 8x10 camera.

This image would have been easy except for the high wind that blows through the Golden Gate.

What elevation is that at btw?

A friend(non-photog) from France backpacked through India earlier this year for 2mo straight. Despite getting sick for 1 week w/ stomach cramps, she had a wonderful time.

This photograph makes me want to travel there too !

Thanks. Guilty of recycling some prints I have posted before...until I can make time to scan a few more recent ones.
