Welcome to the forum! Glad to see that you are enjoying your "new" camera! I started with a Graflex Super Graphic, which I still have and enjoy. 4x5 chromes are marvelous!

Welcome from another Michigander.
Welcome!
I'm from Michigan. The U.P.
I live in South Carolina now.......
I am a bit north of Ann Arbor with a Speed Graphic
Live in Palm Harbor Florida... grew up on the west side of Lansing .. Waverly... went to school at Central Michigan Mount Pleasant..moved out and turned out the lights.... Never looked back... Florida has the endless summer. Still have family in Michigan but they always come and visit me and the Mickey Mouse Monument.
I live two hours on the Cdn side of the border, but my aunt and uncle lived in St. Clair shores most of their lives, up around the 16 mile road area. My dad was just in Detroit proper a couple days ago on business. I hate to say this, but with the vast urban decay there, Detroit just screams as a prime location for a 4x5. Seriously. You might need an APC or a tank to get through some areas, but still, that classic old archietecture, so much of it going to waste and decay, maybe with your Crown Graphic, it is compact enough you can get in and out. I still keep my Crown Graphic just for situations I want to get in and out of fast.
good luck
