Would this item fit a 3 1/4' x 4 1/4'' Graflex Camera with a Graflok back?

Unfortunately, no.
9x12 cm is an old European size between 3.25x4.25 and 4x5. The roll holder slides in. I'd love to have it for my old Zeiss Maximar, but the price is way too steep.

Not only that, those !#$$ Suydam roll holders don't fit Graflok backs.
