Fuji PA-145 Instant Film Holder

In anticipation of using up my last Fuji 4x5 instant film, I finally dug out my PA-145 holder (for 3.25x4.25 film) that I bought a few years ago.

Problem is I can't figure out how to load it with film or, for that matter, how to use it. I can't seem to find any instructions for using it on the web.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go to youtube.com ang search for Fuji Pa-145 there are some videos that show you how to do it. I would post a link but I am using my smartphone so I don't know how and I am also bad at explaining using words.
